Tomorrow I’ll participate in DISCO’s 2022 EPIC Read-a-Thon with a ten-minute poetry reading. I’ll read some published and new work.
The reading will be live-streamed and available to all here. The event starts at 10am CST (that’s 5pm CET) and I’ll read at 12:40pm CST (7:40pm CET). The event will start online and will continue for 10 hours, culminating at DISCO – Desert Island Supply Co.
Please watch or donate to their 10-hour nonstop read-a-thon, which benefits our All City Writers Corps, a collective of more than 700 student writers in Birmingham City Schools who participate in DISCO’s weekly writing workshops.
